Established in 1991 at South Delhi, ADCPL has created a niche in the industry for creating landmark structures all across the country. Being a multi-disciplinary firm, ADCPL has made contributions in various fields of architecture, be it commercial, industrial, residential or interiors! ADCPL’s recent rendezvous with commercial projects has attracted the interests of many and has earned the prestigious award of “Best Architectural Design firm in Delhi”- awarded by MAMR!
The differentiating factor in ADCPL’s commercial projects is that they are designed with a strong design concept and are more than just an iconic design.
The luxury villa society “Silver Oak City, Rudrapur” is a great example to prove the design approach of team ADCPL. Spread over 15acres, it has a 20000 sqft clubhouse. The initials of the housing society “SOC” were used to derive the form of the ultra-modern club house.
The pentagonal shaped Twin-towers in Gurgaon houses corporate offices on 1 Lakh sqft each. Horizontally running ACP strips on the facade take sudden 45degree turns, breaking the monotony of the surrounding rectangular built form, giving it a dynamic design.
“LakdiWala” a timber showroom spread over 12000 sqft, has three floors which have been designed on completely different concepts – showcasing application of timber products in various Interior Concepts. This landmark building has a simple yet sophisticated exterior.
The Japanese fine-dining restaurant “Sakae Sushi” has been designed in authentic Japanese theme. With an area of 5000 sqft, the restaurant has a conveyor belt running from the kitchen to each table to serve hot and fresh food. The use of red colour, Japanese manuscripts and dragon tattoos give the place a very warm and cozy feeling.
Spread across 15000 sqft, the corporate office for TNS, Noida has been designed in a way to make the employees feel comfortable and energetic while working. This has been done by using vibrant colours and design elements in the open workplace.
With these contributions to the field of architecture, we at ADCPL believe in giving to the society something which would place our country on the maps of modern architecture. We strongly believe that while designing any space, we should not only focus on fulfilling all the requirements of the client, but we should fulfill them artistically. As architects, our creations should be enough to speak for ourselves.
